Step 1 – Finding an event
Locate a local event in your area. To do so, you can either reach out to your local dealership or check out the event search page here.
Step 2 – Completing the pre-drive survey
Once an event is located, you'll need to complete the pre-drive survey. This survey can either be shared with you by the hosting dealership/partner via email or may also be available at the physical event via QR code event flyers. If you're having issues locating this link, reach out to your school/organization or dealership.
Step 3 – Taking a test drive
Now it's time for your test-drive. We recently implemented a virtual test-drive experience, so you may want to confirm with your dealership or school/organization whether the event is physical or is virtual only.
- Physical test-drives: These occur on-site during the event day. Once you arrive at the event, you'll need to locate the registration area to be checked in. After your test-drive(s) have been completed, you'll need to return to this location to be checked out.
- Virtual test-drives: These occur wherever you are online. You'll just need to access the event link and follow directions provided to complete the virtual experience.
Step 4 – Completing the post-drive survey
Regardless of the type of drive, the post-drive survey is REQUIRED for the school or organization to receive their donation. Email and text reminders will be sent, but you'll need to complete this last stage of the process by 11:59 P.M. the day following the event.
