Is there a backup plan if I’m having technical issues the day of my event?

Should you experience an issue the day of your event, you must contact Latitude Digital at (313) 486-5963 to troubleshoot through your issues. If technology is absolutely not working, you MUST get permission from Latitude Digital to use paper waivers as a backup for those participants experiencing issues. Please note, if you use paper waivers at your event, your donation checks will be delayed until all paper has been processed with Latitude Digital.
